Terms & Conditions

The following Terms & Conditions are for the Commission of the artwork or designs provided by the Artist (callmearhi) to you, the Client.

GENERAL

  • Personal Use Only: Art is for personal use. Commercial use requires explicit agreement.

  • Personal Use example: pfp, banner, social media post (non-profitable post), personal wallpaper, printed for personal.

  • Commercial Requests: Contact me via Discord for commercial purposes. I may decline if uncomfortable.

  • Prohibited Uses: No commercial use without agreement, NFTs, AI, or NSFW content.

  • Revise limits: revise will be limited to 3x on sketch to lineart stages.

  • Client will be notified when coloring will be started and will be informed about the progress too!^^

  • Artwork usually takes time around 1 - 2 weeks depending on my schedule (I'm working u_u;;;;), max a month.

  • Delay will be informed, don't worry!

  • Checkout and Progress via VGen!

PAYMENTS

  • Full Payment Upfront: Required before work begins.

  • No Refunds: No refunds once a request is accepted.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

  • Copyright: I retain all rights to the commissioned art.

  • Credit: You must credit me when using/displaying my work, unless commercial use.

  • Modifications: No alterations without consent.

  • Previous Commissions: Past commissions are also bound by these terms.

NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (NDA)

  • WIP will not be shown on any of my social media accounts until finished.

  • Prohibition to display finished artworks on my portofolio/social media accounts will be charged as described in [Pricing] section.

Lastly, please read below for my personal preferences when considering to order! :)

  • OC (Original Character)

  • Ship from other fandom

  • Furry

I will not going to do below lists:

  • Minor character (under 18, in suggestive manner)

  • Gore

  • Mecha/robot

  • Elderly people (complex wrinkles)
